Leaked Afghan War Logs on Wikileaks.org



In July 2010, the popular website Wikileaks.org released more than 90,000 US military records, revealing hidden details about the war, such as documents showing unreported killings of Afghan soldiers. The situation was described as "potentially damaging to operational security", revealing a serious case of government secrecy:

Pirate Bay - Copyright Infringement


The Pirate Bay is a Swedish website that indexes and tracks BitTorrent files. It bills itself as "the world's largest BitTorrent Tracker and is ranked as the 96th most popular website by 'Alexa Internet'. However, in early 2009, the 3 men who run it and a businessman who sold services to the site were sentenced to a year in jail after being found guilty of promoting copyright infringement:
